Crazy Computers on Child St. in Warren, RI is the best computer repair service in the area. They have been in business for more than 25 years. Recently they were able to fix my laptop while I waited with no charge; also, patiently answered all my questions. I will be heading back soon to get a JAVA Script error in the main process resolved.

Been down there a few times for a few different types of repairs. Every time everything was repaired correctly at a great price. Very knowledgeable. My PC always comes back dust free as well! On my most recent visit they helped me with additional services, after I had purchased a bad GPU on ebay. Crazy Computers even messaged my ebay seller to explain what was wrong, so I could be refunded. 10/10 for computer repair & customer service

After removing malware from my computer at a fair price and after I picked it up and got it back up and running I had questions about what he removed. He had explained it fully and showed me pictures on his cellphone but it was more than I could absorb at the time of pick up. I wrote and he was happy to send me screen shots of what he showed me when I picked up and further explained what had been done/said.

Great to deal with, fast schedule for computer fix, awesome communication and handled everything with the utmost care. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area!!!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. I had a virus infecting my computer and couldn't figure out the source cause. This was resolved within 15 minutes. The owner was warm, kind and gave me recommendations on to prevent this going forward. I am absolutely delighted !!

Great experience, had some issues with my gaming pc, brought in my pc had it all fixed and cleaned like brand new. Highly recommended.

I brought my iPad in to check why the charging cable I was using wasn’t charging. The cable would continually fall out. The person who helped me took a look at the cable and the outlet on the iPad, brought it in back to exam it under the microscope and returned showing me a piece of the cable which had broken off and was stuck in the outlet. This took him @5 minutes. When I offered to pay him, he told me no charge. I highly recommend Crazy Computers for the kindness and their expertise.

Fantastic experience. I was panicked after getting a Windows user profile error. I called Crazy Computers after seeing their sign in the neighboring town. The technician answered the phone and immediately gave me assurance that it sounded like a problem he could handle. I delivered the machine and he was working on it within 24 hours. It was quite an involved procedure---replacing drives and moving data---but the technician called me every day with an update and assurances. I picked it up 3 days after dropping off. All my files were saved with folder structures in place, and my computer is running now better and faster than when it was new. I've installed backup software per his recommendation and am thrilled with that, too. The folks there are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I was wary about computer repair services after a bad experience in the past. John however, saved me not once but twice, cleansing my trauma of the past. Both times he was able to diagnose and fix my problem in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price while being kind and professional throughout. It may pain you like it did me, to entrust your rig to someone else but John won't do wrong by your or your machine.
