I'll confess, that I haven't ever had Crazy Computers actually fix my laptop, BUT twice now I have taken it to them to see why it wasn't booting up. I feel like an idiot when that can start it, but here's the thing, when I have tried everythng I can think of, Crazy Coputers is there to help me out. That is a great feeling of security! I've been a PC user since the days of dual floppy discs. Had a problem that I had never experienced before - a bad Motherboard. It was diagnosed quickly for a reasonable fee. Once given options, I went for the repair (it was a Win 7 pro with some hard to replace software). I was told me maybe a week and it turned out to be only 4 days and again fixed for what I think was a fair price Honestly, hopefully I never have to deal with them again because loosing a phone or a computer for just a day is always a pain in the butt , but if something in the future does go south I know where my first call will be placed.

I do not know a lot about computers and I brought my computer in to Crazy Computers and right away he was 100% honest with me and my brother about what needed to happen with my computer and his computer. I needed a hard drive replaced because mine was failing, and he completed the diagnosis fast and was extremely good at communicating with me what the next options were in terms of fixing the problem. He had the lowest price around and also replaced it with a bigger hard drive for a ridiculously awesome price. I absolutely recommend Crazy Computers, and even though I live in Maine during the school year I will only bring my computer to them! Kudos to them!
