THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW APPLY TO ALL YOUR PURCHASES FROM CRAZY COMPUTERS INC. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC. YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE.

All Computer systems that CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC. assembled have a one-year carry in warranty that applies to all system parts and labor.
CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC. will not be responsible for the loss of data on any system as a consequence of repairs.
Unless otherwise stated, the items listed for sale are OEM and may not be accompanied by manuals, cables, rebates mounting hardware, etc.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All customers purchasing parts are assumed to have sufficient knowledge to build or upgrade their system. Damage caused by improper installation by the customer will void the warranty.
CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC. does not guarantee compatibility between the items purchased from CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC. and the customer’s existing system.
Any service after our warranty is subject to current repair rates.
The warranty does not cover software, customer’s negligence, physical damage, power surge and lightening damage, etc.
Any alterations made to the systems hardware by anyone without the express consent of CRAZY COMPUTERS, INC., will automatically void the warranty.
CPU’s when purchased with a motherboard have a 30-day warranty.
Boxed CPU’s carry their own manufacturer warranty. The customer must ship printers directly to the manufacturer after 30 days.
Unboxed CPU’s sold alone are OEM and have a 14-day warranty provided there is no physical damage due to improper installation.
Monitors carry their own manufacturer warranty. The customer must ship monitors directly to the manufacturer after 30 days.
Printers carry their own manufacturer warranty. The customer must ship printers directly to the manufacturer after 30 days.
RETURN / RMA POLICY
All items we carry in stock have a 14-day return policy
All special order items cannot be cancelled after the order is placed and they are NOT returnable.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
Any refund or credit will be made at the current or invoice price, whichever is lower.
All items returned must be in resalable condition and have original packaging including accessories software and manuals.
Absolutely no products with physical damage will be accepted for return.
All software sales are final.
Any part received within 14 days of the invoice date and tested defective by our technicians will be swapped at no cost. If the item is no longer available, an item of equal quality may be substituted.
After 14 days items are not returnable under normal circumstances.
